I am tremendously excited this week, because I passed the 24kg mark . . . that is significant to me because it is exactly half way to my goal weight! So there is still a lot to do, but the results so far leave no doubt that I will get there.

I have lost this weight steadily since starting 'Becoming GutLess' 13 months ago, and that is the way I want it. The weight accumulated gradually over 20 years, so I do not expect it to vanish overnight. I am far more interested in a loss that is maintainable over the long term, than another short-term wonder.
